1. The OfferBook your room at Clanny House between 21st July and 31st August 2025, and you’ll receive £50 off your first rental payment when your tenancy begins.

2. How to QualifyTo receive the £50 discount, you must:
• Be a full-time student enrolled at a recognised UK higher education institution for the 2025/26 academic year.
• Be at least 18 years old at the time of signing your tenancy agreement.
• Sign a minimum 42-week tenancy agreement for Clanny House during the offer period.
• Complete your booking exclusively via the dedicated Clanny House offer landing page.
• Pay any required holding deposit and administration fees within 7 days of receiving your tenancy agreement.

Important: This offer is only available to students who apply through the official Clanny House offer landing page. Bookings made via other channels (including walk-ins, phone, or third-party sites) will not be eligible for the discount.

3. What Happens Next
• Once your tenancy is confirmed and you move in, the £50 discount will be automatically applied to your first rental payment.
• If your rent is paid in full upfront, the discount will be deducted from your total payment amount.
• You don’t need to do anything else — we’ll take care of the rest!

4. Additional Terms
• Only one discount can be applied per tenancy agreement.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or referral discount unless specifically stated.
• If you cancel or withdraw from your tenancy before the start date, the offer will no longer apply.
• Bookings made through agents or third-party lettings platforms are excluded.
• The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
